I’m a journalist, a holistic infant reflux specialist with international certification, a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, and mom to Sebastian and Anne-Marie.
I went through reflux with my own children, so I know how hard it can be. At the workshop I’ll share what I’ve learned, clearly and without judgment.

How much does the workshop cost?
Nothing, it’s free. Seats are limited to 15 moms, so there’s time for everyone’s questions.
Where does it take place?
Online, on Zoom. I’ll email you the link before the workshop. All you need is a phone or laptop and internet.
What if all the seats are taken?
You can still sign up for the waiting list. If a seat frees up, I’ll write to you right away, and you’ll be the first to hear about the next workshop.
Does the workshop replace medical advice?
No. The workshop is educational and complements your pediatrician’s recommendations. If your baby isn’t gaining weight, has projectile vomiting, has blood in their stool or vomit, constantly refuses to eat or has trouble breathing, see a doctor urgently.
